For the travel-case fit, yes. The foam is cut to hold your Mini through our Mini Mount, which is what locks it in for travel. The battery itself will power a Starlink Mini on its own.

Yes. Pass-through charging can keep the Mini online while the battery tops off from wall power, vehicle power, or solar.
The battery is splashproof for rain and spray, but it is not meant to be dunked or left in standing water. When the battery is packed inside the closed waterproof travel case, the case protects the battery too. Keep plugged-in ports and connections clear of standing water.
